MICHIGAN’S LARGEST CHOCOLATE PARTY! – Guernsey Chocolate Run: 10K, 5K Run/Walk, Half-Mile ~ A festive race event by Kona Running Co.  Celebrate the holidays with a Plethora of Chocolate down the Chocolate buffet, Cups of Guernsey Hot Chocolate, all under the tent downtown Plymouth on the PARC field.
Saturday: Packet Pickup/Registration: 2:30 – 5:00 p.m.
CASH ONLY.  Absolutely no refunds.
Sunday: Packet Pickup/Registration: 6:00 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.

Race Features:

chocolatecandyb  10K, 5K, and Half Mile Finisher Medals
chocolatecandya  The Jacket:   Due to supply chain and shipping issues the “Jacket” to the first 600 registered.  After that, a long-sleeve tech shirt will be provided.  Half-Mile athletes will receive a long-sleeve tech shirt.
chocolatecandyb  Post Race Chocolate Party: Chocolate Chocolate everywhere, and Guernsey Dairy serving Hot Chocolate!
chocolatecandya  Downtown Plymouth & PARC Parking – Please only park at the PARC.  No parking at the community center.  here
chocolatecandyb  10K Time Qualifier: Participants must run at “16 minutes or less pace per mile” to register for our 10K event

chocolatecandyb The New Guernsey Chocolate Run 5K street course will be utilizing much of the old 10k course.  Start and finish for everyone will be 8:00 a.m.  With the half mile starting at 7:50 a.m. Water and Gatorade Endurance will be at miles 1 & 2.
chocolatecandya    Age Group Awards – M/F, 3 deep, 5-year age group increments, from 14 years old to +75 yrs old – pickup your award at our finish-line Awards Tent @ PARC field at 9:30 am.
 B-Tag Timing – (ChronoTrack chip in bib) for ALL events
chocolatecandyb  Jackets to first 600 registered, Long Sleeve T Shirts guaranteed after that to pre-registered athletes.

chocolatecandyb Start and finish for both events will begin immediately after the last half miler crosses the finish line.  Approximately 8:00 a.m.
chocolatecandya  10k athletes will simply do 2 laps of the course.
chocolatecandyb  Sorry doublers, due to time constraints with city streets there will not be a double this year.
